REPORTING TO: VICE PRESIDENT SALES (Role to which this role reports)

REPORTEES: NIL (Roles reporting to this role)

SPAN OF CONTROL: NIL (No. of associates reporting to this role)

Incumbent shall be responsible for specifying and selling glazed fire rated doors and partitions. The incumbent can be from glass and glazing industry specially architectural or fire rated glass, Hollow Metal/ Industrial doors or aspirants who have worked in specification & technical sales of Fire rated Glass Glazed doors or Glass industry with similar line of activity would be preferred.

Candidate must have 14 - 18 Yrs. of experience out of which minimum 8-10 years must be in Project selling experience in domain of Glass and architectural glazing, Elevators, building materials Viz. Glazed Fire rated doors and partitions, UPVC doors & windows, boards, Facades, etc.

Incumbent with high energy level and positive attitude, shall be able to cover the PAN India market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization. Candidate experienced in generating sales from varied public sector undertakings i.e. State & Central) would be an added advantage.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Primary duties)

Meet architects / consultants for product presentation and specification Incumbent should develop new customers / area & manage existing customers Generate enquiries, offers and follow up, negotiate and execute. Develop Sales Pan India with existing team of professionals. Achieve set targets and manage profitability for the product line in line of targets from time to time. Should be able to increase the market share of glazed doors and expand into new markets in with specification and conversion too. Incumbent for the position would be overall responsible for sales operation, and collection

of the PAN India operations allocated. Coordinate help and support team members from other verticals. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Apart from regular activities )

Customer relations management and customer service for both Internal & external customers.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate must have 14 - 18 Yrs. of experience out of which minimum 8-10 years must be in Project selling experience in domain of Glass and architectural glazing, Elevators, building materials Viz. Glazed Fire rated doors and partitions, UPVC doors & windows, boards, Facades, etc. Ability to work independently and get the business desired in line with targets set. Candidate who has handled PAN India Sales and has developed a new product line would be preferred. Incumbent should be willing to travel extensively. Proficiency in MS office i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

AGE: Below 40 Years

QUALIFICATION: B.E/B.TECH (MECH/ELECTRICAL/ ELECTRONICS) along with MBA EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY: (Total yrs. of experience)

Candidate must have 14 - 18 Yrs. Of experience out of which minimum of 8-10 years must be in Project selling experience in domain of Glass and architectural glazing, Elevators, building materials Viz. Glazed Fire rated doors and partitions, UPVC doors & windows, boards, Facades, etc. Incumbent with high energy level and positive attitude, shall be able to cover the PAN India market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization. Candidate experienced in generating sales from CPWD, varied public sector undertakings i.e. State & Central) would be an added advantage.
Incumbent should be well versed to sell and promote a new product line and candidate who has proven track record would be preferred
